TRAFFIC flow is reported to be slow-moving and heavy on major highways as at 10pm on the third day of Hari Raya Aidilfitri.
According to a Malaysian Highway Authority (LLM) spokesman, in the north, traffic flow on the North-South Expressway is heavy southbound from Kepala Batas to Hutan Kampung, Alor Star Utara to Gurun, Sungai Petani Utara to Bertam, and Bukit Tambun to Jawi.
