<p>PUTRAJAYA’S aim to abolish the mandatory death penalty was among the matters discussed with Singapore today, said Home Minister Muhyiddin Yassin.</p> <p>He was commenting on the issues talked about during the meeting with his Singaporean counterpart, K. Shanmugam, in the Parliament building.</p>
