<p>PERAK fishing boat operators have urged the government to help them get back 17 vessels worth RM20 million seized by Indonesian authorities this year.</p> <p>Malaysian Fish Industries General Association secretary Khor Hooi Chin said the boats were detained in Malaysian waters before they were taken into Indonesian territory.</p>
