NEW York prosecutors will charge a US Marine – who allegedly caused the chokehold death of a homeless man on the city subway – with manslaughter, a spokesman said yesterday.
“We can confirm that Daniel Penny will be arrested on a charge of manslaughter in the second degree,” the spokesman for Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg told AFP.
