Police sergeant remanded over ketum bribery claims

A POLICE sergeant was remanded for seven days starting today over allegations he asked for a RM7,000 bribe to release suspects caught in possession of ketum water. Magistrate Tengku Eliana Tuan Kamaruzaman issued the remand order for the 33-year-old officer who works at the  police narcotics division in Kuantan.
