Texas set to execute man convicted of double murder
TEXAS is set to execute Tuesday a prisoner convicted of murdering his wife and her daughter. Gary Green, 51, is scheduled to receive a lethal injection at the Texas State Penitentiary in Huntsville, in the eastern part of the vast southern US state.
5.5% national brain drain rate higher than global average, says minister
