LARKIN assemblyman Mohd Hairi Mad Shah has won the Umno Youth vice-chief’s post in the party elections. He defeated Ikmal Hazlan Ikmal Hisham by three votes. Umno election committee chairman Shahrir Abdul Samad said Hairi secured 87 votes and Ikhmal Hazlan, 84 votes.
