Malaysia seeks to dismiss Sulu claimants’ final award bid
MALAYSIA has submitted its defence that the Sulu claimants’ application for the recognition and enforcement of a purported arbitral award of US$14.9 billion (RM62.59 billion) issued against Malaysia in February 2022 is null and void. The Sulu Secretariat in a statement said therefore, the claimants’ request was inadmissible and must, in any case, be denied.

Smooth traffic on major highways at 8pm
TRAFFIC was reported to be smooth and under control on several major highways as of 8pm, despite an increase in the number of vehicles ahead of Hari Raya.
