Man shot dead by police after trying to slash mother
AN armed man said to be high on drugs was shot dead by police when he acted aggressively and threatened to slash his mother in an incident in Hutan Melintang, Bagan Datuk, yesterday. Man held over murder of pregnant lover
POLICE have arrested a 20-year-old man for allegedly killing his pregnant girlfriend and burning her corpse twice at an oil palm plantation on Jalan Sungai Limau in Sungai Besar, Selangor. It is believed that the suspect, who is a former college student, had lost his temper after the restaurant waitress refused to keep her pregnancy a secret.
