Group seeks dialogue with Sanusi over claim Penang belongs to Kedah
PERTUBUHAN Amanah Warisan Melayu Pulau Pinang (Pewaris) plans to invite Kedah Menteri Besar Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor to a dialogue on claims that Penang belongs to Kedah. Its president Mohd Yussof Latiff expressed hope the dialogue would be able to shed some light on historical facts and truth following Sanusi’s statement that Kedah owns Penang.

TWO workers suffered severe burns after a chemical storage warehouse in Taman Teknologi Park caught fire today. A Kuala Lumpur Fire and Rescue Department spokesman said the victims, aged 20 and 25, suffered 50% burns on their bodies and were given initial treatment before being taken to Canselor Tuanku Muhriz Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia Hospital in Bandar Tun Razak.
