DEFENCE Minister Mohamad Hasan today congratulated Gen Mohammad Ab Rahman on his appointment as chief of the army, with Gen Zamrose Mohd Zain due to retire in September.
“With his extensive experience and leadership, I am confident that Mohammad can lead the army to a higher level,” he said at the handover ceremony in Kuala Lumpur today.
