THE Negri Sembilan government is optimistic about becoming the first state to achieve the target of 60% of its students pursuing higher education for a career in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (Stem).
Menteri Besar Aminuddin Harun said it is important, as Negri Sembilan is now transitioning from an agricultural to an industrial model, which will definitely need expertise to develop the latter sector in the future.
