THE Perak government plans to appoint Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) student Julea Qiestyna Abu Zar, 19, who obtained the highest score in Malaysia and the second highest in the world for the Recording Financial Transactions (FA1) examination, as higher education icon.
State Education, Higher Education, Youth and Sports Committee chairman Khairudin Abu Hanipah said Julea Qiestyna’s success should be an inspiration to other students.
