City Hall reopens all public parks

ALL public parks in Kuala Lumpur, ordered shut at the start of the conditional movement-control order (CMCO) last week, are reopening effective today.

Kuala Lumpur City Hall, which has 17 parks under its jurisdiction, said the public must comply with the strict standard operating procedure when using the facilities.
