A MAN claiming to be the heir of the Sulu sultanate said he disagrees with a group of people in taking the Sulu dispute to the Spanish Constitutional Court because they are not legal heirs.
Datu Omar Ali Datu Bachtiyal said the group’s actions were incorrect and illegal.
