THE Court of Appeal has fixed March 22 for further case management in the matter of Bung Moktar Radin and his wife Zizie Izette Abdul Samad’s appeal to review a Sessions Court’s decision requiring them to enter a defence on corruption charges.
The court, on September 2, 2022, said there was sufficient against the Kinabatangan MP and his wife that they should enter their defence on three charges of corruption amounting to RM2.8 million, involving an RM150 million investment in Public Mutual Berhad unit trust.
