Civil servants thank govt for 'duit raya’ but will prefer a raise

CIVIL servants are thankful for the RM700 “duit raya” in Budget 2023 speech but they will also like a raise because their wages have been stagnant for a long time.

They welcomed the new government’s commitment to eradicate corruption.
