FLOODS in Kedah and Sarawak have fully receded while the situation in Sabah and Johor has improved, with Penang becoming the latest to be hit by floods.
IN KEDAH, Bandar Baharu civil defence officer Abdul Rahim Khairuddin said the sunny weather today made floodwaters subside quickly and allowed 35 victims from 11 families at the SK Relau temporary relief centre (TRC) to go home.
