PRIME Minister Anwar Ibrahim today tabled his unity government’s Budget 2025 in the Dewan Rakyat, allocating a record RM421 billion for next year’s federal spending plan, a 3.3% increase from the sum spent this year.

Anwar, who also serves as finance minister, said Budget 2025 aims to further boost economic growth while ensuring justice for the people. It is the third budget from his government and the final one in the 12th Malaysia Plan (2021-2025).
