FOLLOWING its decision to cancel the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (Apec) Summit next month, Chile has given an assurance that it will work hard to ensure all of this year’s achievements are transferred to Malaysia, which will host the forum next year.
Bernama reported Chilean Foreign Minister Teodoro Ribera as saying the cancellation of the summit, which had been scheduled for November 16 and 17, will not affect the country’s commitment to Apec.
