No evidence of racial discrimination in SPM workshop, says Johor exco

THE Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) preparatory workshop at SMK Infant Jesus Convent in Johor Baru did not discriminate against students on the basis of race or religion, Johor Education, Information and Communications Committee chairman Norlizah Noh said.

She said her office had called several people, including the state education director, the school’s principal, a few teachers, and some Parent-Teacher Association members to listen to explanations over allegations that the programme only involved Muslim students.
