RUMAH Bonda founder Siti Bainun Ahd Razali was found guilty today of neglecting and abusing a teenage girl with Down’s syndrome known as Bella.
The 31-year-old Siti Bainun faces up to 20 years in prison or a RM50,000 fine or both.
