SEAT allocations between Pakatan Harapan (PH) and Barisan Nasional (BN) for the state elections in three PH-led states have been 90% settled, Amanah deputy president Salahuddin Ayub said.
He said the seat distribution for Selangor, Negri Sembilan and Penang was 90% completed while for the PAS-held states of Kedah, Kelantan and Terengganu, negotiations were still going on at the state leadership level.
