THE Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (Suhakam) wants Putrajaya to review its decision on the emergency ordinance on fake news and Covid-19.
It said the government should instead utilise numerous existing laws, which had undergone the necessary Parliamentary legislative process, to address various forms of hate speech or unlawful content.
