THE ringgit slipped further against the US dollar, and the local note is expected to remain weak as it has breached its immediate resistance level of RM4.4236 against the dollar, said Bank Muamalat Malaysia Bhd chief economist Mohd Afzanizam Abdul Rashid.
At 6pm, the local note depreciated to 4.4315/4360 versus the greenback from yesterday’s closing rate of 4.4200/4250.
