RM14 million loss due to weaknesses in driving licence printing payment process, says report

THERE were weaknesses in the payment process of Malaysian Driving Licence (LLM) card printing services, which resulted in the loss of public money amounting to RM14.38 million.

According to the Auditor-General’s Report 2021 Series 2, this occurred due to inadequate supervision of the regulations and agreements by the Road Transport Department (RTD).
