Improved Public Perception on China among Malaysian Public
19-May-2022, PETALING JAYA – A survey conducted by Merdeka Center in March 2022 showed improvement of public perception towards China among the Malaysian adults aged 18 and above.
In the March 2022 survey, 39% of the respondents view China favorably compared to 35% of the respondents in a similar survey conducted in July 2016. In March 2022, 34% of the respondents viewed China more positive over the last two years, 26% reported more negative perceptions, and 38% were unchanged.
