China central bank’s ex-deputy governor found guilty of corruption
CHINA said today a former deputy governor of its central bank has been found guilty of corruption, becoming the latest high-ranking official to face punishment in President Xi Jinping’s years-long graft crackdown. Fan Yifei came under investigation last November for “suspected violations of discipline and law”, a byword for alleged corruption.

Giant duck brings a friend home to roost in Hong Kong
TEN years after a giant inflatable yellow duck captivated crowds in Hong Kong, the art installation returned to the city’s Victoria Harbour today as a double-bill exhibition.
