BATANG Kali incumbent Harumaini Omar has threatened to take legal action against the Speaker of the Selangor state assembly if he refuses to withdraw his declaration of the Batang Kali seat being vacant.
He claimed that speaker Ng Suee Lim had made a mistake in claiming the former Bersatu member had not attended the state assembly for more than six months.
