THE Kuala Terengganu High Court today rejected a preliminary objection brought by Kuala Terengganu MP Ahmad Amzad Hashim to an election petition filed by Barisan Nasional candidate Mohd Zubir Embong.
Judge Mohd Firruz Jaffril dismissed the application presented by Amzad’s lawyer without any order on costs.
