<p>A PAS Youth leader today tendered an open apology to the Perlis delegates for inviting preacher Muhammad Zamri Vinoth Kalimuthu to address the wing’s annual congress in Pahang yesterday.</p> <p>Newly elected deputy PAS Youth chief Afnan Hamimi Taib Azamudden explained the controversial Zamri was invited because of his role as the protector of Indian preacher Zakir Naik who is wanted back in India for terrorism and money laundering.</p>
