THE Transport Ministry will enforce a road ban on good vehicles in conjunction with Hari Raya Aidilfitri to reduce traffic congestion and the risk of traffic accidents.
The ban will take effect on April 20 and 21 (before Raya) as well as April 24 and 25 (after Raya), taking into consideration a drastic rise in traffic, especially private vehicles returning to their hometowns on federal roads, the ministry said in a statement today.
