POPULARITY alone will not guarantee victory in the Selangor elections, Umno state chief Megat Zulkarnain Omardin said.
He cautioned former health minister Khairy Jamaluddin that Selangor voters are “dynamic” and do not vote for candidates based on party or reputation.
