Siti Bainun sought best medicine to treat Bella’s injuries

RUMAH Bonda founder Siti Bainun Ahd Razali today testified at her defence trial that she sought the best medicine at a pharmacy to treat burns on the hand of the teenager with Down syndrome known as Bella. 

Responding to a cross-examination by deputy public prosecutor Shakira Aliana Alias, Siti Bainun said she asked for medication and told a pharmacist through WhatsApp about Bella’s badly burned hand. 

Abu Dhabi firms to pay US$1.8 billion to 1MDB, MOF Inc to settle dispute

ABU Dhabi’s state-owned International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC) and Aabar Investments PJS (Aabar) will pay US$1.8 billion (RM8.06 billion) to 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) and Ministry of Finance Inc to settle a legal dispute, the Finance Ministry announced today.

This is in pursuant to a settlement of a legal proceedings in the London Court of International Arbitration and the London High Court.

PN cadang KWSP bersasar bantu golongan sangat memerlukan

PERIKATAN Nasional (PN) menggesa kerajaan membenarkan pengeluaran bersasar Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja (KWSP) kepada golongan yang memerlukan dengan mencari satu mekanisme yang sesuai.

Ketua Pembangkang merangkap Ahli Parlimen Larut Hamzah Zainudin berkata ini bagi memastikan hanya golongan yang benar-benar layak sahaja sahaja yang dapat mengeluarkan caruman itu demi meneruskan kelangsungan hidup.
