Govt sets up special committee to print, distribute Quran worldwide

THE government has established a special committee to coordinate efforts to print and distribute a million Quran worldwide, said Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Religious Affairs) Mohd Na’im Mokhtar.  He said the committee was headed by the Islamic Development Department of Malaysia.

THE Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) has been directed to resolve service quality issues affecting telecommunications companies by June, Communications and Digital Minister Fahmi Fadzil said.
