Penang doctor pleads not guilty to violating MCO

A CARDIOLOGIST has pleaded not guilty to obstructing a public servant from discharging his duties  under the movement control order (MCO), The Star reports.

Dr Ong Hean Teik was charged under Section 186 of the Penal Code, which provides for imprisonment of up to two years or a maximum fine of RM10,000 or both, if found guilty.
